Gear up for Bike Palooza this October

Gear up for Bike Palooza this October

You’re invited to join Bike Palooza 2019 and celebrate bike fun of all kinds across October!

This year’s theme is children and families and there’s something for everyone, including a film night, urban cycling workshops, the annual Ride to Work Day breakfast and weekly community rides.

Bike Palooza will be launched with MOTHERLOAD the movie, followed by a range of activities, many of which are suitable for all ages. Please check out the events calendar to see everything that is on offer during October.

Bike Palooza 2019 kicks off with a screening of the inspiring documentary MOTHERLOAD.
New mum Liz Canning is lonely, stressed about the planet’s uncertain future, and missing what made her feel connected, free and alive: her bike. Feeling trapped by dependence on a car, Liz follows the pioneers who find ways to transport themselves, their children and their stuff by bike. Could this be the golden age of the bicycle 2.0? Watch the trailer >
